In addition, our CALL-FREE model results in uninterrupted multidisciplinary rounding environment that enables physicians to practice the highest quality of care medicine as well as allowing appropriate time for complete and accurate medical record documentation. Premier Hospitalists is currently looking for physicians and NPPs to join our team. 

 Board Certified        Internal Medicine    - Medical Management     -Acute Care

 Hospitalist experience is a plus, however we do encourage new graduates to apply. 

TO BE A TEAM MEMBER REQUIRES:

-         Excellent bedside manner

-         Ability to build a positive rapport with the patient

-         Ability to build a positive rapport and open communication with the family members of the patients.

-         Careful attention to patient and family satisfaction in line with hospital administration standards and expectations

WE OFFER: 

Competitive base salary (MGMA standards) with incentives

ARNP's manage 7a to 5p calls with Physicians' role as support.

Nocturnal NPP covering night calls 5p to 7a at our major hospitals 7 nights a week

Private practice model with no unassigned ED call
